2026 Term Dates 

Term 1: Monday, 5 January 2026 - Thursday, 2 April 2026  
Term 2: Monday, 27 April 2026 - Friday, 31 July 2026  
Term 3: Monday, 24 August 2026 - Friday, 23 October 2026   Holiday periods: April holiday (3–26 April 2026), August holiday (3–21 August 2026), December holiday (26 October 2026 – 3 January 2027). 

National Assessments (2026) 

KPSEA (Grade 6): 26 – 29 October 2026
KILEA (Grade 9):  26 – 30 October 2026
KJSEA (Grade 9)/ KPLEA: 26 October – 5 November 2026
KCSE: 2 – 20 November 2026
